Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Dont know if anyone can help me with this, i've seen alot of people stressing about whether they will get passed the medical and i know its not nice. Anyway while training i felt a little tweak that wouldnt go away i kept trying to train through this (stupid) but it wouldnt go away. Doc said i had probably tweaked my sciatic nerve. Its worth noting i have never needed anything more that ibuprofen to deal with this, never been given pain killers and i know it wouldnt stop me in training. Now, to me this is not sciatica, which is ongoing sciatic pain and a lot more serious and a complete bar to entry. Does anyone think it is in any way possible for me to pass? anyone been through something similar to this? anyone know alot about the medicals?

    thanks for the help,
  2. :? Did I drop into morning surgery by mistake?
