Med Discharge and Appeal.

#1
Hi Guys, your views required please! My Son was MD'd in July at the end of his P2.. He passed off as a C2 driver and Bowman operator. He appealed to the army directly after discharge but was basically told NO! He has now today contacted the RBL to act on his behalf for his lost job. He believes he is now fit again. He was offered alternate employment at his Med Int panel but turned them down. At the time, he only wanted to be a C2 crewman. If succesfull on appeal, he will now accept most jobs, but idealy he would like his old job back.
Whats his chances guys and has anybody here been there?

Too many unknowns for anyone to give any meaningful advice on here, not least is missing the reason for his discharge! He may believe he is fit but will need a military doctor to take that decision.

Speak to folks who are already involved in his case and they will be able to give you a clearer idea.

PM the IRON, he may not be able to tell you there and then but will have the knowledge/contacts to give you answers.

He is the subject matter expert on all things recruiting/training.
