Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Good Day

I am putting on a concert at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 18th September this year to raise money for military charities - its called Scarlet and Gold. It will feature the seven Guards Bands, the Coldstream Guards' Corps of Drums, the Pipeband of the Scots Guards Association, State and Fanfare Trumpeters with a great lightshow and effects.

We are also delighted to announce that the wonderful Hayley Westenra has agreed to come and sing for us....!

Tickets are well-priced ranging from just £11 to £40 and discounts are available for block bookings of 10 seats+. To get tickets call 020 7589 8212 or click here to book online Royal Albert Hall Events. You may buy tickets in person at the Royal Albert Hall or at The Guards Museum Shop ( 020 7976 0850)

Please rest assured that ALL PROFITS will be going to charities who support serving and veteran soldiers and their families. The event is being run by the staff of The Guards Museum so there are no 'middlemen' involved!

It will be a stunning show....all we need is for 4,229 chums to come along with us!:excited:

Get the feel-good factor from a great night-out supporting the service community!

Thanks, in advance, for your help on this.
  2. It really warms the cockles when you hear of people doing things like this for the serving and Veteran community. I'm involved with one of the charities that will benefit. Fab effort for organising this and well done the Guards and everyone else involved. Makes you proud to be part of the military team!
