Marvellous

Just watched a programme on catch-up tv called "Marvellous" about a fellow called Neil Baldwin who has "learning difficulties" but seems to get along in life ok, being friends/acquaintances with a whole load of different people from all manner of backgrounds. It was a bit like Forrest Gump but much better. It had me and SWMBO laughing until we cried at some of the things he did. If you can get it on catch-up or iPlayer or whatever, I heartily recommend it. Don't be put off by initial impressions; bear with it and you will not be disappointed if you want a feel good programme.

Best of all, it's about a real life character. The simplistic approach to life Nello has just can't be beaten.

"I wanted to be happy so I decided to be." Priceless..

Awsome, the team talk scene had me in stitches. There, s only one Nello

That and where he nicked all the players shreddies and told the pompous knob who had the black silk boxers that his were on the bottom and they chaffed. Me and the boss (SWMBO) were in stitches.
