Marinaded pork...a nice one

Slice up some pork, schnitzel-size, tenderise then marinade in a mix of Worcester sauce, soya sauce, bit of sweet paprika powder and powdered ginger ( proportions according to personal taste ) for a couple of hours. For 4, take about a mug and a half - two mugs of coarseish flour, mix in about 2 teaspoons of salt, one of hot paprika powder and ground black pepper, dry off suface of pork and dab in flour mix till covered and fry for about a minute and a half/ 2 mins per side. Rather nice that !
