March in March for #TeamCombatStress

This March we’re asking the Great British public to put their best foot forward for Combat Stress. In the last 10 years we’ve seen a staggering 143% increase in former servicemen and women seeking our help for trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

To fund the growing demand, we’re launching a brand new challenge, March in March. By running, walking or jogging 10 miles on any day in March, you can help ensure we can continue delivering our life-changing treatment to veterans across the country.

How and where you complete your challenge is completely up to you - walk ten miles in one day, beat your personal best or do it indoors on the treadmill - whatever suits you!

It's just £20 to register for March in March with £15 going directly to Combat Stress.
