Review working practices and adopt a continuous improvement culture. Understand and Engage and develop all members of the team to ensure individuals are working to their optimum capability.[/FONT]

    • [FONT=&quot]Liaise with specialists to assist in issues that cannot be resolved within the team[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Support the customer in design phase and negotiate tolerances within process capabilities. If data is not available then plans are required to work to acquiring the data[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Support shop floor activities to ensure compliant process/part manufacture and understanding of engineering generated documents[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Ensure Route cards are correct for BOMS and a breakdown of quoted process times[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot]Capture any share lessons learned and best practice[/FONT]
    • [FONT=&quot] Agree target for production hand over which should consider scrap, rework, handover quality audit, quality of tooling and documentation[/FONT]
