Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. If you have lost one in the Salisbury area (Thursday 5th June) it's on the window sill of the little cabin thingy as you exit Waitrose.

I would have picked it up but it was late and I was tired........

  2. Lol, do people not just roll them up and stuff them into their side pockets or epaulettes any more?.
  3. If you had seen the size of this one I think the wind took it off!" :D
  4. Too late!

I went to see if it was still there in my lunch break but it was gone; mind you given the size of the bloody thing it must have belonged to a nig, or a farmer with a leaky barn roof.
  5. LOl, maybe someone used it to carry their shopping home.. :D

  6. beret in Epaulettes, surely not

Must have been an officers beret
  7. LOl, ours would fit quite happily in our "coveralls" epaulettes maybe it was just the well worn "tankie" look that did it...

I've dropped my biro. Has anyone seen it?
  9. Clear plastic Bic with a rather chewed end?

I think I saw it in the back of 03BK67, mind you that was in August 1972.

    No, it's still clear plastic.
  15. The question is why did they have it off their feckin head in the first place!!!! Slack B/stard.
