What exactly?

'Lord Mandelson, of Foy in the County of Herefordshire and Hartlepool in the County of Durham' is the official title for the Prince of Darkened Closets.

I'm handing it over to you:

Lord . . . . . of . . . . . . . . .

Biped,

Mandy's full title is "Baron Mandelson of Foy in the county of Herefordshire and Hartlepool in the county of Durham, Lord President of the Council, First Secretary of State, and Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills."

Lord Godalmighty or Lord-y-Lord may suffice for normal social intercourse.

Since when did the fop get a Baronny? He sure hasn't got a Baronial Hall - he sold his cottag[ing] in Foy yonks ago.
