Looks like Ive got more time


Starting to see the long drawn out process now.. thought I was having my medical this week but now changed to feb 10 and then RSW is now in march!!
Oh well gives me time to lose some more weight and get a lot fitter so a blessing in disguise, thanks to all who said just give it your best.. with this extra 4 weeks should be easy now... and as some have mentioned won't be such a fat pie eating chump :thumright:
Good stuff; now get out running, salad dodger! Just don't overdo the training; take regular breaks between sessions.
