US Army (USA) Soldiers Military Police (MP), drive a Modified Special Attack Vehicle (DUNE BUGGY), equipped with a 7.62mm M60 general purpose machine gun mounted on top and a 7.62mm M60E light machine gun mounted for the front seat passenger, in the Armed Forces Day Parade Celebration, held at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico

Is it me or does that look quite ad hoc?

For a start the guy on top will make it quite top heavy and prone to tipping.

And they appear to be standard PX foot lockers on the rear!!!

Obviously, a special group (see the uniforms) or a Walt wet dream by a unit CO. If a special group, has no merit as a CP vehicle or as special escort - won't be very fast and would have the road holding of a tin tray.

Road tyres on the front, bald tyres on the rear. Fook all suspension. Rear wheel drive. Chappie on top doesn`t get a seat belt or harness. Steering held on by one bushing. You`de have to have a screw loose to want to take that out in anything other than a nice sunny day.

Does look like fun in the wet, probably handals like a greased Capri
