What on earth has this country come to? Awarding Honours to Russian traitors? oops, sorry the USSR gave some of our traitors awards years ago the others they left in the Labour Party.

He's not 'Sir Oleg', Sergey. He'd have had to have been a Knight Commander of the order of St Michael & St George (traditional foreign office order) to accord the 'sir'.
