Law for the Lords

#2
There is a sentence there that I find a little difficult to understand after all the debate and the already reported realisation that there is nothing that can be done currently to erring Lords.

There is therefore in place an internal governance structure able to deal with any findings against the Code of Conduct.
What internal governance structure? There is a difference between someone being told that they are a naughty boy (from what I understand - the limit of what can be done at the moment) and aproper investigation for criminal misconduct.

Cop out.
