  1. hello again everyone.

I'm still waiting on medical notes (over 4 weeks now) so still no adsc date.

I havn't been able to train at all no running or gym for 2 weeks due to illness. Anyone here know how much that will effect my fitness?

I'm going for vehicle mech reme by the way if anyone is interested.

    Cheers, Mikardo.
  2. Yes by about two weeks id say.
  3. What i really mean is will it substantially effect my run time and strength or will it be just a small problem which will be solved once i put a day or two's training back in??
  4. Well not knowing what your training was before, id say a slight effect, however as i dont know what the illness was, a vague answer like 'two weeks' is all i can say. If you start re-training, then again not knowing illness etc, then start light and work back up,shouldnt take that long.

Again this is vague as well, two weeks no training down to illness, could mean sprained ankle or open heart surgery!!!
  5. True. Thankyou for your time anyway, much appreciated.
