Kit for hillwalking in poor weather

Would bhttps://www.sealskinz.com/UK/outdoor/performance-activity-glove-black-anthracitee interested to see what people wear when hillwalking for fun.

Stuff I wear;

Montane Extreme smock - heavier than the Buffalo Special Six I've had for many years, comes with a hood and its cheaper too. Loops for mitts in case of REALLY nasty weather.

I did try wearing a Merino wool undershirt with it but on reflection don't think it necessary. I have used a softshell jacket / merino woll combo when the weather isn't TOO bad.

Trousers are inexpensive Craghoppers; quite thin but quick to dry. If its hooning down with rain goretex trousers over.

Gloves: Sealskin, actual model no longer made ( looking at their website). Water and windproof, but unless you tuck them into your sleeve, water dribbles inside them. A near equivalent below. Goretex mitts over for extreme cold.

Hat; Lowe Alpine Mountain.

Boots: either private purchase Alt Berg, or Hanwags. The latter have a very narrow heel so aren't that stable on very rocky or icy ground.

I know @Himmler74 has some high end kit...

Arcteryx atom vest, armadillo merino wool base layer, trouser either montane, fjalraven. Socks issue coolmax ones.

Boots either salomon quest forces, or aku. Soft shell wist I dont tend to bother and pack a Rab Microlight in my daysack alongside gortex ranging from Leaf, to Rab.

Gloves lowe alpine climbing ones, go a size big on these as they are small fitting . Hat the same as yourself.

Bit of a barging pair of decent trousers are made by pentagon, bdu style in coyote. Just ordered a pair of arcteryx bora mid gtx, after being impressed with their approach version.

I always take a confidence rope, harness and a mixture of slings and cams just incase on new routes.
20 mtrs of ebel rope.
