Khan looks for new voters

Apparently Khan is trying to use the tried & trusted (by Labour & certain supportive ethnicities) of getting yet more Postal votes, which given past experience in areas like Tower Hamlets & other "enriched" areas will be hoovered up & yet again make a mockery of democracy!
snip "Labour’s London mayor Sadiq Khan has launched what he says will be the biggest ever drive to sign up postal voters in the capital, ahead of elections to City Hall in May.
Mr Khan was using a speech to Labour’s London Policy Forum on Saturday to warn that the party has been too “squeamish” about encouraging supporters to vote early, resulting in a “shocking” situation where Conservatives were effectively winning December’s general election two weeks before polling day. "

In the interests of global warming he should be persuading the lazy twunts to get off their lazy arrses and walk the few hundred yards to the polling stations thereby reducing the risk of postal voting fraud........DOH!!!

Perhaps this is because people have figured out that socialism doesn't work!

That combined with identity cards should stop the problem.

Democracy under socialists like Khan is treated with contempt.

102 more Labour voters arrived in the country on Friday ( many more when one adds in relatives and postal voting fraud).

There is likely to be massive postal fraud in the May elections.

Just change the law. Deployments can be covered by the mob, otherwise local councils should require original travel docs showing out of UK or GP cert that the individual is unable to make it round the corner ie they are home visit patients.

Everyone else, show up in person with ID.

The thing with identity cards is (now give me some rope here), people of the UK always loathed them....because of the historical memories of Nazi Germany requiring to carry identity at all times...it was your policy against mandatory identity. I was surprised when I first came to the UK that you didn't even have to have a driver's license on you if someone pulled you over and you had seven days to show it.

The U.S. too, is some states is trying to impose ID cards for votes, but a lot of them never had, especially the poor and black. Can you ignore those votes?

The thing with the last attempt to foist ID cards on us was the monstrous all encompassing database that the government intended to set up at the same time.

If it had just been a simple ID card people would probably have accepted it.

When ever I ever hear of databases and gov't agencies, only one thing springs to mind = data breaches.

Not that it doesn't happen with private companies...

Just as easy to rock up to the DMV as everyone else, if they can make it to the polling station then they can get to the DMV. The Democrats have relied on vote early, vote often and the graveyard voting block since the party started. Strangely also the party behind Jim crow laws and the KKK. Been using racism for their political advantage since day 1.

Except in the UK there were National Identity Cards during World War 2 and they weren't abolished until 1952. In 2006 the Labour Government passed legislation to introduce a national ID card - it never got off the books.
