So going on that because she was on a suspended for one offence and the committed another separate offence while the suspended was in force she could be liable for a consecutive rather than a concurrent as the to offences are separate and not related.

She could get up to 5 years for breach of the restraining order (not going to happen) and the suspended sentence could be activated to run concurrently or consecutively.

My gut feeling is that she will go to prison this time. Courts don't like to be held in contempt. Batter someone and you might not go to prison, but call the judge a ×××× and you will. She has admitted to breaching a court order while out on licence, so basically telling the court to f off.

In that case the Judge should say, fine 2 years in a secure mental health establishment, and the court will look at the progress in 2 years to see if she is fit enough to be sentenced.

I can't be bothered myself but maybe a change.org petition between now and sentencing might prompt the judiciary to see the strength of feeling against her and the fact general public feel she has run out of lives to play. If I was to be done for DD whilst disqual I'd certainly get my solicitor to play the KP card and hence not a good precedent to be setting

But she'll be pleading that there will be no one to look after Harvey if she gets a custodial sentence, and being a woman the courts will take it easy on her
