Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. As reported, the Court recognises that this is a matter of major importance and has done the right thing by rejecting the earlier judgement and referring the matter to the Law Lords. In other words they have taken action to ensure that this goes to the highest standard of legal evaluation. I see nothing wrong or sinister in what they have done.
  2. The judiciary only interpret and apply the law as it is written by parliament. they are allowed to do no more than that.

    Garbage in, Garbage out!
  3. Argh!
