Junior officer's diary discussed on Sandhurst TV programme - copy available?

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. During the recent Sandhurst series reference was made to the diary of a young officer (sadly killed) serving in Afghanistan. Is a copy of this generally available? It appeared to be something printed out rather than a properly produced book.

  2. Wow... a slightly morbid request?

The Telegraph published extracts from it shortly after his death - if you search on their website for "Lt Mark Evison" you should find the relevant article.

  3. It was recommended reading for the cadets and my son is thinking of going to Sandhurst. Hope it will help him decide if its what he really wants to do.

  4. Thank you.
