BB, you dribbling ladypart, there is no mention of police being laughed at in this article.

The judge is, quite correctly, lambasting the CPS

"I can't explain why two CPS lawyers determined there should be no charges brought."

Now stop thrapping away like a porn obsessed chimp and go and read something about another county.

I wonder why, and perhaps BB can explain, why he, BB, could come on here spouting off yet held back from making any comment on the newspaper article - comments were open.

Maybe me being thick but I cannot see where the Judge "laughs at the Police" in the story......is your Mum upstairs keeping "uncle Dave" warm again ?

Close:

" But the judge laughed out loud when he was told the teenager claimed he had no idea about the one kilo of drugs and that he had won the money playing fruit machines. "

I do wish he'd said "ha ha! You lying pair of cnuts...... Prison"

This is the sort of demented CPS logic that we have to deal with on a day to day basis.

This sort of rubbish happens all the time and the Police get the backlash.

Unfortunately, the Public - like "some of the cocks" the Police themselves do not understand that the "police" are only the reporting and documenting authority" if you understand; prosecuting is not their forte - therefore they are shat all over like any Public servant who is deemed not qualified..in a "court of law"
catch my drift? why dont we ask the **** interlude Western for advice LOL
an another thing - Peelers are reluctant to "get stuck in" for fear of being prosecuted themselves - which makes the whole system toothless ( no disrespect to any plods who feel different - but like I say - you catch my drift?)
