Having not been paid for the last two months I managed to get an advance in pay, (not a jpa one, but just at unit level where i pay the unit back). So why the hell then am I having to pay my Ciloct,Tax and NI (at emergency rates!! even though they have my tax code!!) Fuel and light etc? When my pay finally does come through it will have all these deductions already, so how many more months will I have to wait to get it all back?! Surely for an AR payment I should not be getting these deductions?? Also does anyone know how i go about making a formal complaint against the Colour Service Section? It is their reason my pay screwed up, now on their own admittance no one within the dept is trained to rectify it. Unbelievable, why are they employed then? Any help would be great.
