  1. Hi,

Back in Jan/Feb I made a few advance of payment claims totalling just short of £3,000.

    All went through fine.

Now got my receipts, done all the claims at actual costs and to my shock they have repaid me all my claims in full.

I was lead to believe that any actual costs will come off the advance claim and any money left over would then be paid into my account. Can anyone tell me if this is correct or do they just take out the advance claim direct out of my pay. Point to note I put the Actual claim well within the 30 day limit.

    Thanks in advance

  2. Don't worry about it.

Just do your 28 days in Colchester then soldier on.

    You thief.

  3. Put the cash in a high interest account and don't spend it.

Inform your pay office of what has happened. When they eventually ask for the money pay it back. With a bit of luck it will take the muppets 2-3 months to sort out which should leave you enough interest to buy a beer or two.
