JPA audits

I spent eighteen months having every claim audited. It's no real hassle, and saves you worrying about the prospect of an audit a couple of years down the line.

What's the problem? The auditor has the right to audit any claim he wants to, either that or hubby is making mistakes when he inputs them and JPA will automatically send them for audit.

Every claim is subject to audit. If the claimant has made previous errors, or submits a large amount of claims then he will be audited for just about every claim, but at least he knows that the claims will not be picked up for audit, two years down the road.

'Mistakes' is overstating it a bit. In my case, JPA did not accurately record my unit, so when I changed the UIN to the correct one, it was flagged up for an automatic audit.
