Joking the army with Chrons Disease?

Hi, I’m 17 and interested in joining the Army. However, when I was around 10 I was diagnosed with Chrons disease. It was quality sorted out, and I have to go to the hospital once every 8 weeks for a infusion that takes one hour. Is it still possible to join the army with this?
