is there a certain weight range you have to be before joing the army ?
The army currently use the body mass index (BMI) this compares your height and weight and gives you a score with 20-30 being normal. However if you excede this then they will measure your body fat and make a decision based on that.
Yep, don't worry if you have a high muscle percentage meaning you weigh more as you will still be let in, just make sure you are not lardy.
