Joining AGC

  1. I am in the process of training for the army, joining AGC - RMP. Who can suggest what training routine for me
     
  2. Anything that develops Cardio-vascular stamina, upper body strength, a thick skin coupled with a sense of humour?
     
  3. Ta for that mate - so tell me, howz the bottom of the guiness glass going, must be pretty cool down there or is it warming up. I often find myself in that location but cant help wandering to the bottom of budweiser one sometimes.

  6. You dont need to do any training for RMP - you sound like a complete ****** already.
