I do want to Join the British Army as a HR specialist . I do have a family(wife and kids) .. do I don’t mind working morning till evening . But I do not want to have a job that keeps me so far away from them for long .. if it’s a deployment . No problem ..

Just asking what are somethings to expect being a HR specialist or clerk as easy said . Please advice

The AGC is for you then as they are the Army's Admin corps.
Google or Look at the jobs on the Army Website and that might help you to decide your future?

When you join the Army you need to be aware that whilst you may work a set pattern for normal daily work, you need to factor in everything else outside of deployments - exercises (could be weeks and abroad or 5 days in Brecon), duties, courses and anything else the Army decides it's going to send you on, sometimes at very short notice.
