Yeah just go back into it and remove the fault from it. Create a new work request (to the correct unit) and add the fault.

Sorted.

Now bore off it's ******* Friday night.

To be fair to beer token he did create the work request on Monday morning, the ******* piece of **** only finished processing it Friday evening.......
