iTunes help

#1
looked on apple forums with not much luck.
i plugged my ipod into my PC to sync new tunes onto it,
PC isnt long back from repair,
after ipod had completed syncing i got a message saying 48 tunes couldnt be transferred to ipod as they were not authorised,
whats strange is that the songs were originally on the ipod and after the sync had been removed,
i checked the authorisation and PC comes up as authorised but i can not get those 48 songs back onto my ipod

any ideas?

Tank,
I might be barking up the wrong tree, but if those 48 tunes are ones you bought and downloaded from the iTunes Store then this might help.
Some gratuitous pornography
Basically, you need to authorise your PC to play songs you have purchased and the PC repair monkeys might have inadvertently un-authorised you PC. If you only use that PC for your tunes then you might as well de-authorise all computers associated with your account and then go through the authorisation process.

yea youre on the right track but tried that one with no luck,

but silly me, ive just realised that those 48 tunes were purchased on a previous account, all i have to do is authorize this PC to the old account
