I hope that both Mrs Prior's can find some degree of peace this Christmas and that, perhaps, 2012 will not seem quite so bleak.
As do all of us in the same position. Its a difficult thing for some to achieve but family and good friends help as does the SSAFA Bereaved Families Support Group.
Certainly moving. But is the letter her own words or moulded by te newspaper? No doubt her sentiments but it sounds rater polished.

Doing it with a finger or two, eyes scrunched a bit near the screen, trying to make sure I don't make a mess or mistake in the process.

It puts Christmas into perspective. Many of us will face Christmas at work, or far from loved ones, or just alone, but its far worse for this soldier's family.

RIP and peace you your family
