Well i start my phase 1 at ITC catterick very soon (im actually going for para's), i can only push out 40-41 pressups in a row at the moment on a good day is this going to be a problem whilst in the gym with the pti's? I can meet the requirments in 2 mins, but i feel as if im slacking a little! Also i hear para's is the same as regular infantry training apart from P company, is this true? or is it just similar but para's is more intense? cheers guys.
