  1. I have recently visited the physio about my knees, and yes I do have pattelar tendonitis and this is caused by tight calfs and a short achilles tendon which having flat feet has made worse as I didn't used to run in proper running trainers which have an arch.

    So the question are flat feet allowed? I mean I can always buy them insole thingys and put them in boots to increase the arch.

    But the good news I should be ok in 4 weeks as I am streching my tendons and calfs like the physio said but this will not cure flat feet, so what will happen?
