It can only get worse for Brown

It comes to something when a our best hope for our democratic rights is this.
It is good news but I do think there hould be treason charges against some politicians for the Lisbon Treaty

So if the court case says yes we must have a referendum and the numerous appeals after it say yes will it be one with a fudged question, rather than.
Yes to Lisbon
No to Lisbon
with the majority winning of the votes polled, or will it be a case of non-voters being assumed to agree with the treaty, more "unusual results" from postal voters.
Just a thought if it goes to the European courts for the final appeal would they be considered an "interested party" so unable to give a ruling or be considered impartial and honest, a bit like the EU's accounts!

What?

I'm just over the moon with the whole thing. So happy I'm blowing pretty bubble in the air! Really, I am.

I bet Blair is having a wee snigger to himself. 'Become PM, twat about for 10 years, hand over to Gordon when things are rock bottom and let him take the can. If he closes one eye he wont see it coming'.

And now all we need is for Ken to bug off. Carlos Tevez did more for East London then Ken ever did.....

Aaaah, top results.

What with the local election results coming in, and the potential for a referendum after all, you never know, the next thing might be that people's confidence is restored in the economy in preparation for a Conservative wipeout of ZANU NL.

It just has! The newly appointed General Secretary of the Labour Party has decided NOT to take up his post!!

A rat deserting a sinking ship before he boarded it.

Just wait until he decides to invade Iran or North Korea to show he is not a whimp - the fcuking whimp

Talking of bad results for Brown, I have heard on the grapevine The Staffordshire parish Councillor Paul Gilbert, Is Standing for full Council in a By Election In Stafford I believe the ward Includes what used to be RAF Stafford, incase you don,t know he is the Guy that has a case of Gross Negligence/Manslaughter in the with CPS against Geoff HOON. He represents The Endgland,s Parliamentary Party, 8)

Hmm stand by for two years of nulabour doing everything they can to fcuk this place up even more while they are still in power
Given their track reccord of complete and utter incompetence why should we be affraid?

Let me clarify. Zanu NL can be called the "Midas" party as everthing they touch turns to sh*te. Therefore any attempt to embugger things will most likely make things get better. Given that their massive investment into such things as education and the NHS has paid such dividends the worst thing that can happen is things stay as bad as they are now, but for slightly different reason.

Because socialist's are evil vindictive creatures and now the writing is on the wall they will be doing as much damage as possible in the little time they have left. Im sure they can dream up new ways of screwing us over

If Brown has learned from Blair then he has two years to screw us, feather his nest and leave a poisioned chalice the next Government.

Looks like it has indeed. What a fine day it has been.

Boris 'is new London Mayor', says Paddick

Boris Johnson is the new Mayor of London, his Liberal Democrat rival Brian Paddick conceded tonight.

The Conservative MP scored a stunning election victory to end Ken Livingstone's eight-year reign at City Hall and round off a disastrous 24 hours for the Labour Party.

After a nailbiting count, Mr Johnson was so far ahead on first-preference votes that he could not be caught by Mr Livingstone even after second preferences were taken into account.

You know, I wonder if that is just human nature when you know you are about to lose. The septic republicans are doing the same thing and they are hardly socialists!

Presumably some Sappers will be needed to dig the hole large enough to contain Livingstone, Brooon and Nueu-Liabour's aspirations?
