Is this normal?

#1
I'v searched the forum and can't find the answer I'm looking for so I thought I'd ask.

I have only resently started training, but after running I feel a tightness in my lungs and was wondering if its a normal side affect of running.

I'm not talking about the fact that I'm out of breath, but for 3-4 hours after finishing the workout, regaining breath and showering/changing, I feel a slight tightness and was just wondering if it was normal?

Doctor will tell you. If you are unfamiliar with training you nay not realise what aches and pains to expect, so be cautious, check yourself out.

Maybe you have a brain tumour, or maybe first signs of a heart attack ..... you could have only weeks to live
