Is it better to brisk walk and jog for warm and stretch?

  1. If you were having problems with running performance like me with stretching before running . This could be why although it does depend on an individual i find a brisk walk and jog better for my performance without adding the stretching as i feel very uncomfortable. If unsure try both methods and see which works better for you. :D
  2. you should only stretch when you are warm never stretch from cold, dynmic stretching is best as part of the warm up routine
  3. I never stretch before a run, sometimes I may stretch after a mile or so but only if I feel I need to.
