  1. Hi all, have used the search option but my Google is Not strong it seems,

Right here is the sketch, I'm ex mil, served 9 years and left 3 years ago, had to opt for an iva this year.

I'm looking at re enlisting, and the afco can't provide with a yes or no answer , so thought I would seek the answer here.

The question being is an iva a bar to joining / re joining the military ?

    Many thanks in advance

  8. Sorry chaps bit more background info perhaps, it is an agreement with my creditors to pay back my debt after I lost my house. BAsically struggled to find work after I left, things went tits, but now have a fairly well paying job and paying my debt off, but wanted to know if one of these would stop me getting back in as debt being frowned upon in the military.

    Cheers all
