Iraqi air force planning a chemical attack?

and was under the impression that the Iraqis have no airforce left.....

They sent what we didn't shoot down or bomb to Iran during GW1.  Not sure if they got them back though?

Flew them to Iraq.

Where I'm sure they weren't overhauled, updated, etc. Just as I'm sure Iraqi pilots didn't keep current by flying them over Iran as opposed to Iraq.

Remember how Hitler trained and equipped the Luftwaffe, in spite of the Versailles sanctions?

Some, not all, of the IAF fled in 91, theres still some dangerous still left in Iraq.
