iraq/op telic medal help

#1
Please can someone help as i have had no real answer from army medal office. If someone has been on a tour in Iraq Op Telic twice. The first time getting the medal/clasp and rosette due to serving between specific dates in the first gulf war are they entitled to anything else to be added to their medal ie a number indicating they have been out twice?

New to this SSA job and really need some help. cheers

The answer is no. The tour numerals you have seen are for NATO Medal Former Yugoslavia and NATO Medal Kosovo, not British gongs. Hope this helps.

According to the MOD Medal Office, time towards the ACSM is only gained for tours that you get the OSM or GSM. As Iraq has a separate campaign medal, it DOES NOT count towards the ACSM

TELIC DOES count towards the award of the ACSM.
