Iraq is a Runaway Success!

Now Bush the Bewildered has started another series of speeches on the resounding success of the Iraq invasion and subsequent occupation, it struck me that Phoney Tony never seems to echo those words.
I've had a bit of a butcher's around t'internet, but I can't find any references to speeches he's made in which he tries to convince everybody (as if he could) of how everything's improving in Iraq.

Does he know he'd be flogging a dead horse, or have I missed something?

I think it's more runaway than success but then I do have eight months free in my diary.
