Interesting photo from Normandy

Hi all. I came across this picture on another forum, it's a still from some IWM footage which shows soldiers from 3rd Monmouths inspecting a captured Schwimmwagen near le Beny Bocage. This chap is clearly West Indian (look at his hands) and has Trinidad shoulder titles. I don't think he's 3rd Monmouths because his Arm of Service stripe isn't infantry but I think he might be from their LAD. I wonder if any of you can shed some light?

Evidently he was needed as someone greatly skilled in hot-wiring a German car........
