But it’s amazing come ACSC some of us “bottom thirders” ended up in the top third. Surprising what happens when you take drill out of and insert thinking in to the curriculum.
Especially as there is no drill at ACSC.Stephen Hawkings should have joined The RLC, he could have been a late developer.
The point is he, according to the court, has not done any crime. At the point when ‘he’ done it but there wasn’t enough proof to convict beyond reasonable doubt. In law the same thing but in reality quite different.
If I remember correctly the reason we’re discussing this is that someone suggested the victim should be named and shamed and prosecuted because she lied about her accusation and evidence.
The fact that someone was not convicted doesn’t necessarily mean that the accuser / victim is lying. They could be mistaken or there could be a lack of corroborating evidence or something else that means the prosecution cannot establish guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

he would have failed basic training, crap at press ups.Stephen Hawkings should have joined The RLC, he could have been a late developer.
Can someone explain the Scottish verdict of 'not proven ' please?
I know people say it means 'not guilty but don:t do it again' but in truth is the accused innocent or guilty at the end of the day?
Seems bizarre.
It appears to be a (semi intentional?) quirk of history..Can someone explain the Scottish verdict of 'not proven ' please?
