Injury

Hi guys flapping a bit got my ADSC in a little over two weeks I have strained a muscle in my calf, been off it three days tried a run today no dice.

Will swimming for 45 minutes (aprox 70 lengths of a 25m pool) 4 x week be enough to keep my fitness ticking over?

Any tips on recovery would be greatly recieved, I`m iceing it taking ibuprofen and pain killers while I`m at work.

Long stretches will help and perhaps prevent future injury.

If you are feeling flush you could get to a Chiropractor who does dry needling:

I've just had treatment for the same thing, and it sorted it sharpish (no pun intended :D )
