Information needed about transferring

#1
I am currently an Armourer in the RAF, coming upto my 6 year point. I originally tried to join as a Pilot but was told the my eyesight is not upto the standard and took my second choice.

Having recently learnt that my eyesight is good enough for Army Air Corps requirememts I am wondering this; Is it possible to transfer from the RAF as a regular airman to the Army Air Corps as a Pilot? Has anybody achieved or heared of this? I have been flying gliders for years now and all I really want to do is fly, any help on this matter would be appreciated.
