If Salmond had won what would the UK be like today?

If the 'Yes' vote had won with an acting 'Prime Minister' Salmond, what would Scotland, the UK, Europe and the world be like today, and in the short, middle and long term: politically, socially, economically, racially and militarily?!

Yet another fcuking thread about Scotland/Salmond. Just what everybody on ARRSE was clamouring for.
 
Scotland did win - they said NO

Keeping the Barnett formula. More MPs per capita than the rest of us (maybe not a win). Comfort blanket of knowing the rest of UK is there to fall back on. Salmond has resigned and they can watch the english teams if they want to follow european footie.
