Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. as all those brave Folks who fought for our Freedom must be turning in their graves now as all they fought for (Freedoms) have now been taken away from us Brits!

    what do you think?
  2. They'd be turning in their graves at the way you've spelt Cenotaph!
  3. Eh?.....................English please?

    And perhaps a link?
  4. Hmmmm

Could You have posted that which You have just done under a Nazi government

  5. All those brave folks would be turning in their graves right now if they could see your spelling of Cenotaph!
  6. Yeah right on.
  7. At least the Cenotaph is still treated with respect by most of us.

There's an area on the outskirts of the town of Zelenograd that is the furthest the Nazis got towards Moscow. It is now a McDonalds car park and the stone Red Army soldier on the other side of the road looks out over a plastic statue of Ronald McDonald.

In a country where red flowers are a more-or-less permanent feature on war memorials, words can't express the utter contempt I feel for the politicians in the New Russia who let such things happen.

So not so bad in Britain after all, eh?
  8. so sorry Soldiers of her (Traitor) Majestys Government?
