Normal life will return when we see smattering of Swiss German on the fora, and Friday becomes Friday night brasso night again
That's not 'normal'. that's 'usual'

If a Doctor can give a cause of death based on their knowledge and experience they do. A lot of old people have bronchopneumonia on death certificates, they don’t have chest x rays or sputum samples.

Does that sound right to you?

The heart muscle is rich in ACE2 receptors which allows the Covid a gateway to the heart. It's not the actual virus that kills someone, it's the damage it does to the heart and lungs and other organs that kills folks.

Now it could be that this young lady had some genetic or hereditary thing going on with her heart and that killed her.

However since this all started doctors have been seeing people with all the classic signs of having a heart attack. including telltale signs on the electrocardiogram and high levels of a blood marker suggesting damaged cardiac muscles. Further tests showed cardiac swelling and scarring, and a left ventricle—normally the powerhouse chamber of the heart—so weak that it could only pump one-third its normal amount of blood.

This was found to be the case last year when a woman in Italy went to her local A&E thinking she was having a heart attack. Oh she was having a heart attack alright but when doctors injected dye in the coronary arteries, looking for the blockage that signifies a heart attack, they found none. Another test revealed why: The woman had COVID-19 but had no symptoms from it.
