Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Is there anyway of finding out how much the MOD purchases stuff(e.g. PLCE bits and bobs) from manufacturers and how much you'd get charged if you lost something?
  2. Your local stores should have a list contained within that has all this displayed. There's also various DIN's displaying the prices
  3. What item concerns you most?
  4. Bouillabaisse

  5. Get hold of a SCOC disc - it details everything you want to know..... Nip down to your local friendly LAD/WKSP or Stores Troop/Section. They will have at least one and might even give you one of the old ones if you ask nicely...............

Bang it on a computer with a CD drive, click on search, enter the NSN of the bit you want and off you go, basic, supply and target prices are all given.

  6. Most of the stuff you want is in JSP 529 UK OPERATIONAL CLOTHING CATALOGUE, its available in PDf format but it is huge. For instance

  7. Is the JSP on armynet or only on the intranet?
  8. Just read the original post again - if you are getting P1954'd for something, the guy doing the billing will (should) have a SCOC disc.....
  9. Where did you last see your bergen then...
