Abrighter2006 tiptoes into the RLC forum to ask the question: How much does it cost to feed a soldier on operations? Have recently read a few articles relating to the logistics of operational catering. These were not written from the green perspective, but did indicate that the "costs" involved could be masked in all sorts of ways. Asked a few people what the budget per man, per day was and got a wide range of bottom line costs. Probably published somewhere - any comments or direction appreciated.
