HOW FIT SHOULD I BE FOR PARAS PHASE 1

  1. I HAVE RECENTLY APPLIED AND UNDERGONE FOR MY SELECTION AT ATR LICHFIELD WHICH I PASSED WITH EASE

    I was just wondering with my paras phase 1 coming up what kindof fitness level should i be at ready for it...?

    Any help will be greatly appreciated :meditate:

  5. Not too fit thou, dont want to go from ultra-fit to have your fitness being built up on course, have seen injury's come that way.
