I have a house that has been let out for 18 months in a little village north of SPTA (West) called Great Hinton. The tenants are in the process of buying their own place and have given notice WEF late August. I would like to continue letting the house for another year. The advert is on rightmove. In light of the current financial climate I have dropped the rent from £950 to £895/month. The house is a late 30s ex local authority; considerably extended, with 4 beds, a study, living room, large kitchen/dining/family room (slate floor, handmade kitchen, range cooker and open fireplace) and a big conservatory. There is a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The gardens are a decent size and pretty, there is parking for 3 cars and a single garage. There is an award winning pub 100 yards from the house and one of the best primary schools in Wiltshire is a mile away. The house is in good order, and the bathroom and conservatory will be redecorated shortly.
